Alkyd resin-based waterborne varnishes are mainly used in the insulation of small and medium-sized low-voltage motors and small transformers because of the low heat resistance and low breakdown voltage of alkyd.
Waterborne polyester insulating varnish has better electrical insulation than alkyd resin waterborne insulating varnish, and can be used as F grade waterborne insulating varnish.
Water-based epoxy insulating varnish. Epoxy resin paint has excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties, chemical resistance, good humidity resistance, small shrinkage, good adhesion and compatibility with other materials, but high price. This kind of insulating varnish not only has good performance, but also safe and environmental protection, and the comprehensive cost is low, and the comprehensive performance can reach the requirements of F-class insulating varnish, which is more suitable with the insulating performance requirements of small and medium-sized motors.
Water-based polyimide insulating varnish. A high-performance polymer with excellent thermal stability, outstanding mechanical properties and good electrical properties. It has been applied in the production line of electromagnetic wire and entered the practical verification stage of motor manufacturing in China.
