Case 1: Large Power Transformer
In large power transformers, oily insulating paint is widely used in winding insulation treatment. Because the transformer needs to withstand high voltage and high current, the excellent insulation performance of the oily insulating paint can effectively prevent short circuit and leakage between windings and ensure the stable transmission of power. For example, in ultra-high voltage transformers of 500kV and above, high-quality oily insulating paint can guarantee the reliability of equipment in long-term operation.
Case two: electric motor
For industrial motors, especially high-power motors, oily insulating varnish is used for the insulating coating of the stator and rotor. It can withstand the high temperature and mechanical stress generated when the motor is running, and ensure the normal operation of the motor. For example, for large motors used in harsh environments such as mining, oily insulating paint can protect the windings inside the motor from dust, moisture and other factors.
